Improving relations means better workers.
Introduction.
In this proposal I shall give reasons for the problems we had in the company and to suggest ways to improve relations between employees, so as to improve their performance.
Reasons for the problems
Foreign employees coming to our company to work need to have a better relationship with our local workers, it is essential for them to build trust between each other. Also, they feel that the company is going to do a wage cut so they are very tense. The employees are very stressed and they are coming into a strike.
Ways to improve relations and work.
For a better atmosphere of work it is necessary to motivate the employees and motivated employeers means friendship(positive vibre). There are differents ways to encourage workers to have better relationships, such as giving little prices for good work or letting them think freely. Also, organizing group activities serve to remind employees that belong to the same place

My recommendations for encouriging employeers to improve relations would be:
Organizing group activities could generate confidence between workers.
A series of classroom-based discussion sessions should be scheduleed
To Emphasizes the strengths of each person and let them know what makes them excellent.
I strongly believe that making this actions would increase employeers relations.
