Cap stands for common agricultural policy. The cap was set up in 1960 in Europe. In this essay we are going to talk about the advantages and disavantages of it.
At first, if you create a local market you do not have to pay taxes. However you will have fewer clients because you will have to sell things to people that are in your country. Because of this, you will generate less money.
Another thing is that the state will support you financially so you don´t have to worry about money. On the other hand you must return the money later. Sometimes you will have to pay more than you have received.
All in all, I think that the cap is a very good invesment despite the risks.
